Since 1988, Bradsons have been
providing ticket sales, auditing and car parking services to event
organisers. We have a key team of regular staff, many of who have worked
for us for 15 years or more. As part of our commitment to your event, a
large number of our staff are trained in first aid and fire warden duties,
to recognised levels.
We are aware that we are often
the first and last person your visitors meet. With this in mind we aim to
maintain a professional and friendly image. This is achieved by using a
regular team, rather than recruiting people the day before your event!
With our extensive knowledge and
experience in the event industry we can provide :-
Traffic Management
It is essential, now, for most
event organisers to produce a traffic plan showing ingress and egress of
vehicles, together with signing schedules. We can help produce a
satisfactory plan in advance, liaising with your local police force and
highways authorities, as required.
We can arrange all necessary road
signs and traffic lights, with the staff to operate them, if required. Bradsons
are also accredited in some police force areas to direct traffic on a
public road. This would suit situations were short term traffic
direction/control is required. Accredited personnel have similar authority
to direct traffic as a police officer and we have a small team with this
authority.
All our parking staff are issued
with high visibility jackets. Most will have, or have access to, a two-way
radio. Night time event? For directing traffic after dark we use highly
visible aircraft marshalling baton torches!
Admission Control and Stewarding
Bradsons are able to offer a
complete ticket sales service, providing everything from the physical
ticket office, floats, tickets and staffing. In most locations we can
arrange credit card facilities, as most people now expect to be able to pay
by card. We will also provide the equipment required to carry out our part
of your event.
A computer generated audit
report, often available on the day of the event, will detail all sales and
bank credits.
Who is selling your tickets?
Bradsons are discreet and dependable - we understand the need to keep facts
and figures confidential!
Box Office
All calls to our Box Office are
answered personally during office hours, whilst booking can also be made 24
hours a day via our secure website (and a link provided for your site). We
accept most credit/debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express
and Diners Club.
Fees are agreed in advance so
your customer pays the advertised price - we do not add unwelcome per head
booking fees or postage costs to your customer. You simply pay us an agreed
% fee, which covers all our costs and the postage.
Settlement is made within seven
working days of the event, accompanied by a full breakdown of sales. We
will provide summary reports and, if required, marketing feedback reports
and purchaser lists.
